I already had the 61.5 dish for CBS HD plus the HD pak. When I got up this I saw the new channels in red. Called regular Dish number and it took all of about 8 minutes until they were up on my guide.
She made no mention of it being only for new subs but it is an extra $5 per month.
Only thing I've noticed is the PQ (at least on some of the channels) doesn't look as good as some of my other channels, like HDNet but need to play with it a little more.
Anyway, doesn't seem to be a problem for existing subs to get the channels if you have the dish.
