New Uplink Report Changes - Coming Shortly!

A few Pub Members have already seen some of the changes that will be taking place with the uplink report last week. I was hoping to roll this out tonight but it looks like I need to redesign the filter component that prevents most of the daily sports moves from being posted.

As soon as I get the new filtering component finished I'll roll this out. Here's what the new reports will have added to them.

And please thank nelson61 for his big help with the data in order to create all of these maps!

Just to give an idea of the work involved for the links. I worked up the -2 and 50 dBm isodbm's for the 51 Contiguous spotbeams on Ciel 2 (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and took a snapshot. Saturates the country - 98 percent coverage (one little error I need to fix in the southwest). Then add the Conus and the other satellites and you can see it's quite a task to correlate them all to the links. And he's adding City links to Google Maps to boot.

Wow, that's just Ciel-2? Just think: add E10, E7, and Rainbow one spotbeams, and it is incredible the spot network Dish as developed. Add the coming E14 and Quetzsat 1, and the US will have some incredible coverage.
