New TV hook up

I'm planing on buying a Panasonic 26" LCD HDTV Model #: PAN TC26LX70. I will be hooking it up to a Dish Network 625 DVR. What is the best way to do this? I also have to hook up a VCR to record NBC with rabbit ears,the rest of my networks come from AAD.

26" (really?) I assume you will be using the built-in TV speakers (no mention of a H/T rig), so go with the HDMI.

How do you hook up HDMI to the 625. I only see composit and "s" video out of the DVR

Ah, I was not aware you would be using a digital display with a non-digital receiver (did not know the 625 specs); might as well use the s-video and L/R audio cables.

May I ask why you would spend so much on such a small display and not even be using it as a digital display? Just asking.

CC has it for $649, There is really not many SD to chose from, By digital display do you mean HD? I have a 25 inch crt that is 12 years old. So I thought a 26 LCD would be OK. I sit less than 6 feet from the set.
