New Sub, 2 ViP622s, DVR Advantage, How Much????

I have a friend who is thinking of switching to DISH. He wants to have two ViP622's and receive the equivalent of Top250/Locals with DISH-HD.

I told him that DVR Advantage would be the way to go with two DVRs. He called DISH to ask how much and was told that his monthly bill would be $148.99...

Something doesn't seem right here... DVR Advantage with TOP250/Locals and HD should be $79.99/month and it includes the First 622 DVR fee. Barring any other monthly fees, there is no way a second 622 should cost $70/month more....

Thoughts from anyone? At this rate, he said he might as well stay with cable, regardless of the better HD offerings from Satellite. HE doesn't like DirecTV's DVRs since they don't have separate control of TV1 and TV2....

The first DVR would be covered under DVR Advantage, the second you'd pay a lease on. I'm not sure about any up fronts, but that's the numbers I come up with.

Obviously this assumes he has phone lines (or internet connections) plugged in to both boxes, or he'll be hit with 12$ more a month for not having it connected.
