New South Asian Dish Network Satellite Dish install

I received a letter today in mail about upgrading my existing Dish Network Antenna (119,118,110 and 129) to a new improved one.

Anyone knows the details about this upgrade and why are they doing it? I was recently upgraded to 118 Satellite.

It depends on which market you are in.

You seem to have 1000+ which is what I have... I can't imagine what they are talking about.
