New software update problems

It's nice to get new features in a software update, but almost every time I get new glitches. First one Joey can't find Hopper at night. Next one can't delete PTAT show after watching it, get the green triangle, when you push dvr button you get a blank screen. You have to hit live tv than dvr to get screen. About 3 times per week the remote on Hopper doesn't work and have to reboot. Also when you change channels you get a black screen and delay for new channel.

Maybe they need to fix bugs before adding any new features, then we would never get new features.

They could always deliver a can of Raid with every software upgrade.

I'm beginning to think that DISH should change it's name to Coming Soon satellite service.

We have DISH, DIRT, VIP's, HOPPERS, JOEYS and the newest release is SNAFU....guaranteed to give 15 minutes of video and 45 minutes of reset, reboot and a "wing and a prayer!"
