Ever since my new software was installed, my resolution has to be rest evey time I watch 4K. It was fine until then. I have to go in settings and check 4K. It works till the next time I try and watch 4K and then I get a message "Your TV doesn't support 4K content. You are watching in 1080p, the highest resolution available". I then go to settings and display, resolution and check 4k and if then works till the next time. My C61k-700 software is 0x100f. My HR54/200 is 0x1088.
