new sats

First I am new to fta and got your name from Glorystar. With out knowing much I bought an ipro 2000 thinking it would be the best one I could get, turned out it only has dish net sats programed in to it, I have worked with it for two months now with out being able to lock on to one fta sat. The other day some how I came up with a whole new set of sats from some where with a place for 10 new sats, then some how I went back to factury defaults and lost them. Does any one know how to get these sats back? I do not want to watch dish I bought it for fta only, any help you could give that would help me to get fta sats would be very much appreciated...

Are you talking about a NeoSat ipro2000? like the picture below?

If so, I searched and found what appears to be a factory software and loader.
