new sat list for 3500sd

any way to get a "new" sat list (new postitions & names). the not so current list with the not so current software has bad locations & bad tp lists

Here is a list I had of the sats from 61.5-139 on both C & KU. You would need Channelmaster to load it

I think on the 3500 you need to use a RS232 cable so once that is hooked up
unzip file
open Channelmaster
open file
select "write to STB"
select Pansat 3500

it will write the list to the receiver but I do not guarantee anything (I can guarantee that lots of folks have used this list with no issues)

thanks man.... i remember channel master back from the 2500 days... i think there was a way to write it to the sd card& load it that way too.... ill check & post later

You have to export the file as a Pansat 3500 bin file, you might have to change the file extension from bcf to bin. Copy the bin file over to your SD card.
