New post menu missing

What happened to the new post menu that lets you only bring up the forum you want to read?

I've asked myself the same question.
maybe they made it a paying members only feature.

You can now set this yourself at http://www.satelliteguys.us/profile.php?do=editoptions

Go to the bottom and chose the forums you want to exclude.
