Im a fulltime Rver.I pulled into a campground with a lot of trees and some small breaks to the SW,set up my dish and no pic,couldnt adjust because of tree limbs.Called dish and put on "pause".Went searching for a hole in trees,bought another 75' of RG6,got all excited,called dish to activate account,stretched out my 150' of cable and guess my calculations were wrong,spent 4 hours,still no pic.Called dish to 'pause" and very nice CSR said "can only pause once a year".Now aint this some BS.I didnt know.Shorten story-"retention dept understood and said ok on pause and to call when I want to activate.Wasnt aware of 1 time rule.Now we all know.

Not complaining at all.CSR spoke very good english and was very polite.Retention person was very understanding and courteous.Its just No one ever mentioned the 1 time deal to me.I Learned something new.
