I have had my Hopper/Joey setup for a week now, and last night my 40.0 remote completely stopped responding to commands. None of the lights worked and it was completely dead. I removed the batteries and put them back in and the remote worked for a short time, then went dead again. This time I inserted 4 brand new batteries and the remote worked for awhile, then went dead again. I took the batteries out and put them back in and the remote is working again, but I don't think the problem has been resolved for good. Does anyone know what would cause this type of remote behavior? Did I just get a defective remote?
