I have wild blue and their customer support is horriable! So, I've been all over the net looking for answers. that's why i'm here. I have dropped service all the time, most of the time, it's so slow it makes a dial up look good and they are hard to get a hold of. They say it's the modem, but they will not do any thing about getting me a new one. I'm getting the run around.
 
Is there a question here. Or just a rant.. Wildblue is like anything else.. You might just have a bad one. How long have you had it? What beam are you on? Give us a little more info if you want to ask a question. And if there is a mod that can put this in the right section it might help.
