TENIS currently in full HD.

WFN is upconverted SD.

MGM is showing a full HD movie currently.

SMITH is full HD.

5-MAX movie is not listed in Guide as HD and is 4:3.

MAX-W is of course same as MAX-E but later.

TRAV is in full HD and looks awesome !

Weather is 4:3 (not stretched)

HMC movie is not listed in Guide as HD and is 4:3.

ABCFM program is not listed in Guide as HD and is 4:3.

TOON is stretched.

TDIS program is not listed in Guide as HD and is 4:3.

DISE program is not listed in Guide as HD and is 4:3.

ESNWS is halfway between CNBC and full 16:9, i.e. graphics on left instead of right, and bigger picture area.

I wonder if their Quarter results and sub churn compared to D*'s prompted them to do such a quick expansion?

Who cares, lots of good channels, now I need to get a 722 I need more HD recording capacity. Maybe now I'd feel better about signing an agreement in order to get that 722. I was holding out for V* to finish their upgrades. But now I could care less, though their PQ is amazing!

So the next question is Lease the 722 or buy. I guess either way you're expected to stay a while.

Sooner or later soon was going to get here, and today it finally did. So today is offically Soonday, yes it is not Monday, or Tuesday, or etc. it is Soonday.A day for all Dish customers to celebrate, so happy Soonday to everyone

I know we're in the middle of nowhere but our locals here in Kalispell Montana (Missoula feed) are generally terrible. I watch about 50% networks - more while the NFL is in season - so - - - let's get some HD locals here in my lifetime.

Yes and that is probably the only reason.
Stock is a little higher, but the pressure will be on Dish to continue even after today to catch up.
I wouldn't be surprised to hear even more news tomorrow.
