you already got 5 new hd channels this month.
but i hear on good authority that when the disney contract expires in august, there will be a fight similar to the one fox pulled in late december. disney has already pulled 4 hd channes off dish network as a result of contract dispute.

DIY HD, channel 1381.
New HD Premium Sports and HD Pay Per View services:
HD PPV Events, channel 1850.

you forgot the local univision channel, fox soccer channel, fox soccer plus now in sports pak, natgeo and one more unless they counted the sd version of fox soccer plus. i saw it at orlandosentinel.com and i believe bhn.
Not all of those channels are activated yet, they should be soon though (as in this month, not dish network soon)
those went live this week according to a blog i just read at orlandosentinel.com.
Is that gonna cause me to get even more "xxx is currently unavailable--try again later"s?

But as I said it want take to much longer for all the upgrades to be done and those messages a very rare occurrence if ever.
