new HD channel problem

I can not receive the new HD channels. The new HD channels come in black with no sound but gives no error message. Sometimes I will hear the sound but still no picture.

They are sending a tech out to look at it. I get perfect satellite signals.

Have you tried to perform a reset on the receiver? I think I remember another user saying thats is what they did.

What make/model do you have?
