I received an invite earlier today. I'm going to hold judgment on this until it's further along it's development track. I personally thought Wave had the potential to be great, but it was never even integrated with gmail. At this point, + notifications are at least integrated with gmail.

This so far is wave facebook +1 buzz twitter 4 square gmail all in one! Google is working out the kinks hope to keep this add free!!
