Although I don't know if You are able to debug media player from AZBox firmware, I want to tell about some problems with it reported by me or by other users on official azbox forum (forum.azbox.com):
1. Italic subtitle corresponding to a storyteller from an MKV container is not shown (on my PC with VLC is ok);
2. Sub. not working. Also using .txt files as subtitle makes whole movie player to shutdown. Only .srt has worked fine;
3. MKV container file with DTS audio is not loaded (black screen);
4. Player stops before the end of the movie: Concerning this problem (very annoying indeed), many people have suggested that the duration time was wrong. I have checked it with various Windows players on my PC and he duration time is correct. But i have noticed that the elapsed time clock runs too fast. It regularly skips 1 second when playing and when the expected duration is reached, the film stops. Yet shouldn't this be a bug so difficult to fix.
Thank you in advance!
