new equipment charges

Hey guys. Thinking about coming over to Dish and would like some info on what I would be paying on equipment fees( I tried going to their website but its not much help)I know the fees just went up for new subscribers.
Im currently paying 39$ a month in equipment fees with *D(1HR34, 4C31's) I was curious what I would pay in equipment fees for 2 Hopper's and 3 Joey's plus whatever DVR fee's there is as well. Thanks
