New Episode Timer Warning: 2005 programs set to be skipped

When NBR was released they said they would need to download an update after the first of the year so 2005 would be considered new shows. Until that happens they will be skipped.

When NBR was released they said they would need to download an update after the first of the year so 2005 would be considered new shows. Until that happens they will be skipped.

Again beginning Saturday, Jan. 8 it's not skipping 2005 episodes on my 522.

Anyone check to see if this (skipping new shows) is happening on DirecTivo's? Maybe the TV channel is listing it wrong.

I've got a stand-alone TiVo, but I haven't checked to see if there was an issue with new 2005 episodes.

On the TiVo the show details don't show "New" for new episodes - but it does show an "R" for repeat episodes. Maybe TiVo and Dish use different EPG providers - if there is more than one provider of TV listings ??
