Bizarre. I don't receive Harrisburg locals in addition to my DC locals. Plus I haven't heard any screaming and hollering from Harrisburg customers who don't get their locals at all. How is this even possible?

They are on different tiers. So only authorized receivers receive them.

Sorry; not following! If the Harrisburg locals are flagged as DC locals in the data stream, causing them to show up in the DC market list along with the correct DC locals, then how is it that our receivers know which locals to show?

I actually thought about that, but I didn't want to ask for money, plus I wouldn't be around the next few days to manage it. However if you want to contact QWERT1515 directly for a paypal address you can.
