New Device

I have a new device called Slacker. This unit is a device that stores music on it.You can add music to it by hooking it up to a computer bu usb.When I do this I get a message that limited or no connectivity, so I can not update this device. Does anybody know about this device and what I can do to fix my problem?

My only suggestion would be to try a different USB port. If you are using a USB hub, bypass it and connect directly to the computer. If this doesn't help, contact the manufacturer...
