New customer ps4 offer?

I had one rep tell me new customers can elect to get a ps4 instead of credits and today i ask again and get a completely diff answer?? Even on retailmenot.com i see people promoting a free ps4 when you sign up.

I can understand your concern and would be happy to clarify this for you. The PS4 offer is only available for existing customers as a referral offer.

I just got dish installed yesterday. We also had a guy going around the neighborhood claiming that everyone that signs up gets a free PS4. I didn't trust him and went with my offer I got in the mail using a promo code. Which was a $200 Prepaid Visa and used a refer a friend code from my mom. Thanks to this site I didn't really trust the guy or believe him so I went through dish.com
