I got the 922 last Spring when it first became available. The Sling stuff was beta at best most of the Spring and Summer, ( my network, TV and computers are nominal for this type of configuration, it should of worked) late in the Fall it vastly improved due to advancements on the Sling/dish end.
I concur with bigdog12c , Menus are good, graphics are better, HD is bigger and it's fast..... it's a whole new direction for a receiver. A browser would be nice and the "EXTENDER" would be good but that's currently no happening with dishTV. I had the 622 and I have a 722K which is a good unit, that said I prefer the 922.
