When I first signed up I got a 522 and a 322 for my 4 rooms. About 6 months later I e-mailed asking how I could replace my 322 for a 522. They e-mailed me back and said it would be no problem they could come out and swap the boxes for me, to reply back and he would set up a date/time. 2 Installers came out, with a 625 replace the 322, checked my dish to make sure everything was ok ( I watched them climb up the ladder and readjust it for better signal strength) Signed a paper and was done. Did not cost me one penny, I thought you had to pay for the second DVR on a lease which I would have but was not asked. Been with dish for almost 3 years now no issues I would just try e-mailing them if you have a particular thing you want to get.
