How about America One? Dish currently has their sister channel, One World Sports, in several international packages.

I hope it looks better than One World Sports, which looks worse than any channel I've ever seen on Dish. It makes SD Local Channels look good, in comparison. Even YouTube looks good in comparison. It's practically unwatchable.
