New channels listed on Dish's website

Yes they are on. The National Geographic HD guide says "Free Preview till 7/7". What does that mean?

It figures if you want National Geographic HD you have to upgrade to gold after 7/7.

Since NG HD bought 20 hours of VOOM programming, it will be interested to see how it looks on NG HD at 1280x720p and then compare to see how it looks on VOOM HD at 1280x1080i.

The PQ on the HGTV HD channel looks really good. I hope Food Network HD looks like this one.

That's weird about the National Geographic Channel. On the website, they are listing in it in the channel lineup for DishHD Bronze.

But then they are also listing Starz HD, Showtime HD and HBO HD, without denoting that those require additional purchase. Classic bait and switch.
