New channel HDEV1

What are these two new channels that show up in the 9400 area. There are two of them I think they are HDEV1 and HDEV2. The other day one of them had the Mav's game on it. It look bad though

Hd net shows Mavs games to folks close to Dallas, you must be close enough...and the other one is ppv stuff that comes up occasionally

Thanks for the response. I don't think it's HDnet. HDnet was showing something else. Also the game was broadcast on our local stations. So the game would have have blacked out on any other stations.
