I got a 722 about 3 weeks ago. At least 3 times a week, if i am watching an ota channel and it drops out, after it comes back on, if i change the channel to a satellite channel, the screen will be black and without any audio. The info will come up, the guide will work but i wont have any picture or sound on any channel. I have to reboot on the front of the box. Is this normal??
Also once or twice, i changed channels, the picture and sound stayed on the previous channel, but the channel #, info and everything else changed. i then changed to a different channel but the same picture and sound stayed. I have a feeling this is a defective box.I ran check switch and everything is ok. Any ideas? Thanks
Also i have a 211 in another room and it doesnt have any problems.
