Tapatalk has been doing this the last couple of weeks, ever since the software upgrade. A lot of Scott's announcements like "Dish to introduce Color programming" and "Dish call bank first to among nation to deploy touchtone dialing!" keep popping up.

Nice catch. Made no sense to me. I have AT&T fiber and although not a fan of the Death Star they deliver 1 gig up and down. And, they are hurricane proof, so far.
