We will get it when Netflix has it ready.
The Netflix app is from Netflix, DISH has no control over when it will be ready.
But it will be available real XXXX. (I didn't say it.)

Soon, no.... seriously. I'd guess it will be with in the next 6 weeks if not sooner.

It was shown at CES 2015. We don't know what, if any changes to hardware were made between when it was "shown" and "introduced" in January 2016.
