Netflix Dolby Digital on Wally?

Does the Netflix app on the Wally support 5.1 surround?

my hopper3 will only do stereo through HDMI on Netflix, while my Samsung tv will do dolby atmos ,dolby 5.1. it just a app problem with the dish boxes in clueing joey where Netflix will not work at all,

Yeah I finally gave up trying to get it to work. My Sony blu-ray player passes 5.1 on Netflix, so I just use that.
