Need to replace a hts tracker premier system-50 but with what?

My father just lost his receiver. It was shorted during a storm. Iam trying to find a replacement for him. I know nothing about satelite technology and having a hardtime finding info to help him decide what to replace his HTS tracker premier system-50 satelite receiver with? Please help. From the little reading I have done on here it seems that many of you might know or be able to point me to a place that might have this information.

Sorry not quite sure what detail Iam to give..so please forgive my ignorence on the matter. I know he watchs the Portuguese channel and a couple other foreign channels. Is that what what you meant?

Apreciate the info. He needs the remote since he also lost his.

He uses the box on C band analog and has a 10ft satelite.
