I've had my R10 for a couple of weeks now and I have one small problem. I don't have long distance service at my house and there are no local call in number for the Tivo, so I called up DirecTV and ordered the 800 call in number (as a note, my Tivo does not even have the option of using a call in number on it, I have to wait for D* to activate it). This was almost 2 weeks ago and they said it should only take 72 hours to get it activated. When I called in I gota transferred around like 3 times so I have no idea what department I talked to so I'm wondering who I should call to get this straightened out.
