Need some Assistance reconfiguring my Directv install .

I'm thinking about modify my exisiting confg - It is as follows:
Directv 18" round dish dual LNB - connected via two cables to - Zinwell SAM - 3402 3x4 Multi-Switch - which connects two (2) Hughes DVR10's SD. (Note: Both work just fine- both have 180 HR hard drives) - connected to LG 47" HDTV.
Plans so far - Replace 18" dish with Directv Slimline 3 LNB (99/101/103) not SWM and I do not want access to 110 or 119 satellites.
Next - I want to keep the two (2) SD DVR's in service but want to add one (1) HD reciever or DVR. Have not decided which HD unit I will get from Directv at this time any recommendation would be appreciated. Note: I will move one(1) SD DVR to another room.
Question - what do I need to do from the existing Zinwell 3x4 inward ?

you would need to upgrade to the 6x8 multiswitch

Run all 4 lines from the slimline into the 6x8
hook up 2 lines each to the DVR's
1 line to the new HD receiver, 2 to the DVR

The SD only units will see 101 only, the HD unit can see 99/101/103

Call Directv you may be able to get everything done for the cost of the receiver upgrade.
