Need Instructions for new Dish 21.0 Remote

Just received the new Dish 21.0 learning remote from Dish (having ordered it only yesterday!:up). It did not come with any instructions for programming the learning IR remote. Anyone have those instructions or can point me to an online source? I tried the Dish web site, but they said "coming soon" for manuals for 222k, which uses this remote.

Thanks SO much for the link!:up Really appreciate it. Jeezuz, leave it to Dish to come up with a great new product and sell it to folks with no instructions. Sure thankful for this forum! I received mine today also with nothing but the basic remote/receiver synchro scrap of info. I was lucky and able to find the code via scanning for my Olevia TV (HOORAHH!) But had no idea how to use the learning feature if needed. I'm hoping it'll let me program it for my Blu-ray and AV receiver. Haven't got the courage up to try yet, lol. BTW, evidently the new SEARCH button only works on the new 222K/722K. Older receivers can still use the * button as before for this though.
