Need install help!

I have sent 3 E-Mails and no answer. I recently purchased a system from Go Satellite.Com consisting of a Viewsat PVR 7000, a SG2100 motor and a large dish. I cannot get the antenna motor to power up. I have connected (1) coaxial from LNB to the motor and (1) from the motor terminal marked Rec to the receiver and no power! Do I need to try to connect the loop-out terminals to use the motor? Please help! Thanks Jimark

No, a single coax cable runs from the receiver to the motor then to the LNBF.

Does the green indicator light on the motor illuminate?

Is the LNB power turned on in the Antenna Setup screen?

Is the receiver connected directly to the motor?

Try a different coax to connect the Receiver to the motor.
