need help

Hi this is all new to me, I would like to receive the FTA rai channel on the PAS9.
My question is what size dish do I need? in order to get that channel.....
I live in Brooklyn NY, So my dish would have to go on my roof which is about 40 feet high... or do i need 2 dishes Please advice I am confused

RAI International / Irdeto 1 / 4120 / V/ Pas 9 (C band four digit Freq. / KU five digit Freq.)

Unfortunately this channel is C band so you would need a VERY large dish around 8-10'
It is also Irdto 1 encrypted, the only channel (KU) I get there (other than feeds) is Cubavision using a 30" dish and Universal LNBF.
