Need help with vip211k and 1000.2 setup

Hi; I recently upgraded to hd and the tech set me up with the vip211k's and a new 1000.4 dish. At my rv i have a 1000.2 dish (3 lnb) that is set for sat 119 and when i hooked up the 211k, it would not stay locked on sat 119. Is there a sequence on the reciever i have to go thru to get it to lock on sat 119? The dish at home is pointed to 61.5,77 and 72.
