need help with slave dvb to a 4dtv.

Hello, I have a question. I have just bought a dsr922 4dtv receiver and have a dvb receiver. spacestar dvb500. I have slaved the dvb to the 4dtv. does anyone know what i do next? how to set frequencies and what not. do i need to change setings in the dvb or 4dtv or both. i need help.

should have it hooked up like this:

If you have LNB's you will need to flip polarity on the 4dtv, If you have c/ku you must set the diseqc setting on the DVB, then you can select the polarity to that of the 4dtv, and select a satellite, and start scanning, you may need to bump the dish and play with the skew to get the highest quality.

OK. I have it hooked like that. well like the way on sadoun.com, i have the 4way diseq switch. i had it hooked up and tried moving the dish but nothing happened. how do i flip the polarity on the 4dtv. i have the dvb set to dvb c1 c2, its on. i got only 50 percent signal on some but when i scan i dont get nothing. any suggestions?
