Need Help With Setup.Pansat 3500S

I am buying a pansat 3500s tommorrow. my zip is 29526. My southern sat is amc5 @ 79W. I went to satellite nut and put in my zip . this is what i got. i will be useing a stab hh motor. latitude is 33 longitude is 79 . skew is 0,Elev is 51.6,Azumith is 180. then my mag decl is +4. But I have this program Satellite Finder 4.3 and it shows my Mag Decl is -8.82 for zip 29526..Why does one program say one thing and a nother says something other?? Just trying to clear this up before I go on the roof next week..

In the Dish Elevation Angle section, select what stab motor you have, then enter your lat and lon and it will calculate the correct elevation. The actual motor elevation should be set to your latitude, and then the dish to whatever the calculation says.
