Need help with Pansat 9000

I have a Pansat 9000 and I am trying to get a channel and must be doing something wrong. I can get it on a Sonicview using the same dish. The SV picks the channel up using the following settings.
LNB 11250
Transponder 12234
Symb 4439 H
Fec 3/4

Without moving the dish I put these setting in the 9000
LNB 11250
Transponder 12234
Sym 4.439
FEC 3/4
DVB-S/Qpsk

It shows I am getting a signal of 98% and Quality 71%.
When I try to scan the transponder the % stays 0 but the status bar moves across the bottom of the screen, but the scan never ends and nothing changes.

I am picking up a test pattern same satellite tp 12694 H 3.978.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Try changing the TP frequency (12234) up and down a few digits, and try the same with the symbol rate.

you need to change the LNB frequency to 10750 and do a scan

Looks like you're trying to get the RTV mux but with the wrong LNB frequency it wont work properly

I would just hazard a guess and it looks like RTV

Currently getting it on 12234 with a LNB LO of 11250
Change LNB LO to 10750 which is 500 less and that 12234 goes to 11734
