Need help with missing channels

I purchased a combo 118/119 DP LNBF and connected it to a SW21.
I get a good signal in the 50's on both sats, but many channels on 119 show the 015 loss of signal screen.
For example, 299 (Reelz) works, but 300 (hBO) does not.
I am subscribed to 250/HBO/Showtime/Starz and Cricket. The 118 channels work just fine.
The receiver is a 211k and I previously had it working perfectly on 61.5 and 118, but using Legacy Lnbf's. Could it be a bad LNBF?
Anyone know what my problem could be? I have performed multiple power resets and switch tests, but nothing works.

An sw-21 is legacy equipment and will not work with a DP (DishPro) lnb.

Thanks Garys. that makes perfect sense. I've ordered a new switch.
So i'm guessing it's impossible to "mix" LNBF's - i.e. you can't have a Legacy and a DP connected to the same switch?

DP does not work with anything legacy, sw type switches are legacy only. Don't forget to check the other lnb's, if they are legacy they need to switched over to DP as well.
