Need help with installation

I do not see that Transponder being used on AMC 5.
If a TP is not in your list, you need to add it, refer to the Manual for instructions
You need to enter:
Freq:
Polarity: Horizontal or Vertical
Scan rate:

LNB: Single

22khz; off
LNB power on

Still not getting any signal...I gave up!
