need help with dish settings

I'm using an ExpressVu dish with 2 double lnb's and a Coolsat 5000 receiver.
I'm really confused with the settings menu, can someone tell me what I should put into the following slots please.
LNB Power: ?
LNB Type: ?
LNB Freq.: ?
22khz: ?
DiSEqC 1.0:
Legacy SW: ?

not much on the ExpressVu satellites in the clear but the settings are

The 22k and Diseqc depends on what switches you are using

the only switches on the dish are the ones that come installed with ExpressVu.
Which one would usually be installed?

As far as I know , BEV still uses legacy Dish switches (and LNBs).
You probably have an SW21, with the two double-output LNBs.
So far as I know, the Coolsat won't control those switches.
It will control: 22khz and diseqc.

If you want to receive real FTA, I suggest a different dish/LNB/switch configuration.
