Need Help Trimax, Sg2100 & Invacom

I bought the Trimax SM-2200 and still can't get a reading even with my antenna that is working with my SV4000 and but together the invacom LNB with a dish and the motor SG2100 and green light turns on and I am using the Trimax SM-2200 no signal and putting direct with reciever Eite 360 PVR and no movement or signal. What can I be doing wrong or what is needed to work?

What do you wanna watch on Echo 7 and 8? What is your true south? (Need to know that for the motor)
