Need help to aim 118.8

I have a dreamlink T5 receiver and two dishes with two LNB's on both, one dish is okay aimed at 110 and 119.
I am trying pick up 118.8 with the second dish and have spent many hours but with no luck. I can pick up 119 to start and then try from there to get 118.8, tried the settings from dishpointer but get a zero signal.
The dish is a Bell Express Vu and here are the configurations;

Satellite - 118.8W Dish AnikF3
LNB power - ON
LNB Type - Single
LNB Frequency - 10.750
LNB 22KHz - OFF
Diseqc SW 1.0 - 4
Diseqc SW 1.1 - OFF
Legacy SW - OFF

What channels are you trying to receive? Don't know of any FTA channels unencrypted on 118.8.

Anik F3's Ku component uses a FSS linear polarity configuration so using a small dish with circular polarity LNB probably isn't going to work.

The frequencies are in a range from 11.7 to 12.2GHz

I think 118.8 uses circular signal but at a frequency of 11.7 to 12.2Ghz. I was experimenting with it about 5 years ago and could get it reliably with a 60e dish and a piece of credit card material cut to fit in the lnb at 45 degrees. It was already missing the lnb cover of the stock dual satellite lnbf, so it was easy to insert the homemade dielectric slab.

A friend of mine has the same size dish and was able to pick up the signal, he said it wasn't easy but finally got the channels. I tried the same configurations as he had but no luck.

What your friend is doing and what you are trying to do is steal programming and it is illegal.
