Need help setting up a sathawk PVR 100 FTA receiver.

Hey fellas I am installing a FTA system to galaxy 19, but I am having trouble setting up the receiver, it says I have 42% signal and 5% signal quality, of course it says this all the time no matter how much I move the dish, I am trying to get galaxy 19 which I found the azimuth and elevation on dishpointer .com my old birddog doesn't have a setting for galaxy 19 only galaxy 3 which seems to be at the same azimuth so I think its the same No?

any info will help. Thanks satphat58

if none how do I get ahold of the manufacturer? just a google search doesn't work

These Signal Level and Quality readings indicate one or all of the following:
1. Wrong LNB LO setting (what type of LNBF are you using?)
2. Not selecting an active transponder (try 12152 as this is unique to this satellite)
3. Not aiming at the correct satellite

Don't bother using a Birdog unless it is updated with the current satellite list and you are using the correct satellite and an active transponder. You must use the correct satellite and an active transponder for it to find the correct satellite. Galaxy 3 was never at 97w and doesn't have the correct transponder information.

The Sathawk was sold by Sadoun Satellite. They have a support team.
