Need help reset defualts?!

I just got dish network installed with the DP811 hd reciever. My tv only supports 480i and 1080i and I was messing around with the settings and got it set on 720i which my tv doesnt support! So now I have no picture and am trying to scroll through the menus without seeing anything trying to get it back on 480i. I need help howto do this or if theres a way to set it back the defualts. Help my stupidity please!

Connect your television to either the composite or s-video outputs of the 811. Then switch your tv to that input and change the resolution back to 1080i.
