Need help please!

My father inlaw has two dishes with a single lnb on each. Those both go into a sw21 splitter and then the one single coax going into a dishpvr512. My problem is that I have upper channels but not channels from 2 to 70. When I do a check switch it shows 129 and 119. I'm really confused as to what I need to do to get my local channels back. This all started because he moved them about 20ft straight from where they were originally installed. Any help would be appreciated. The zip code I'm setting these at is 69147. I think I need a dish on 110?

The Dishes didn't get realigned correctly. They should be pointing at 110 and 119, no need for 129 which is HD channels with a 512, however The List shows North Platte locals are on 119, so you should be getting locals and not many of the national channels with 119 and 129
